Sulzer - be Business Park

The story of this project:

In 2025, BRB Engineering completed the new Sulzer offices in Milan, within the be Business Park in Cassina de’ Pecchi, covering an area of approximately 350 sqm, on behalf of Preamia REIM Italy SGR.

The project involved the transformation of a portion of an existing open space, originally part of a single 600 sqm environment, later reconfigured into two independent office units.

BRB Engineering operated as General Contractor, overseeing the installation of raised flooring, new electrical and mechanical systems, space partitioning, finishing works, and the installation of glass partitions, with full coordination of all construction activities.

The project concluded with the delivery of a contemporary and efficient office space, completed in just two months, developed in collaboration with Studio Associato Arch°In°Project for architectural design and Quadrifoglio Group for the supply of interior furnishings.
