Expodetergo - be Business Park

The story of this project:

In 2025, BRB Engineering completed the new Expodetergo offices in Milan, within the be Business Park in Cassina de’ Pecchi, covering an area of approximately 275 sqm, as part of a project promoted by Preamia REIM Italy SGR.

Starting from an existing 600 sqm open space, later divided into two independent office units, BRB Engineering acted as General Contractor, managing all phases of the project.

The office fit-out works included the installation of raised flooring, electrical and mechanical systems, space partitioning, internal finishes, flooring, and glass partitions, with full coordination of suppliers and contractors.

The result is a modern, efficient and functional workspace, completed in just two months, developed in collaboration with Studio Associato Arch°In°Project for architectural design and Quadrifoglio Group for the supply of interior furnishings.
